Charity Pancake Race

& Sponsored Pancake Flip

 

Its Pancake day on Tuesday 16^th February

and you are invited to join in the fun at

Gillingham High Street Car Park

 

At 6.30pm there will be a sponsored Pancake Flip

raising money for local charities.

 

Collect a sponsorship form from ,

Gillingham Photographic,  918,  Gillingham Scout Group

or by emailing Pancake2010@Hotmail.co.uk.

Choose your favourite local charity,

 ask family and friends to sponsor you

 and attempt to flip your pancake 50 times or more.

Please bring your own frying pan. Gillingham Scout Group will be

selling pancakes or you can bring your own.

 

For those of you who like to eat in comfort,

St Mary’s Church will be holding a Pancake Supper

 in the Vicarage Schoolroom from 6pm.

 

From 6.45pm there will be pancake races for all the family.

           All you need is a team of four people who can run,
 toss a pancake, and catch it in their frying pan.

 Dress up in the traditional dress of a housewife,
give your team a comical name and join in the fun.
